Registration Information

Reservation is made upon receipt of registration. The last day of registration is 15 September 2016. No deduction will be granted for partial attendance. 1st Delegate of IAP Member firm attending the conference will have the USD500 conference fee credited to his/her conference registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Due to non-refundable commitments made with the hotel and venue operators, no refunds would be offered. Registrant is responsible for the total cost of accmmodation and events registered for.
Please ensure you are covered on your own insurance as, in the event of cancellation for whatever reason, INPACT Asia Pacific will not accept liability for costs incurred.
It is accepted that the registrant, if unable to attend, may send a substitute in his/her place.


All reasonable care has been taken to organise the Conference, including accommodation, social events and tours. In the event of unforeseen disruptions, neither the contractors, vendors, Tour Operators nor INPACT Asia Pacific would be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The programmes are correct at the time of printing, but organisers reserve the right to alter the programme if and when deemed necessary. INPACT Asia Pacific administration act as an agent only in securing hotels, event venues, transport and travel services and shall in no event be liable for acts or omissions in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularities of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or by the employees of such contractors. INPACT Asia Pacific and the its contractors and suppliers / vendors reserve the right to make changes to conference programmes, events and tours as and when deemed necessry without prior notice to the parties concerned. Hotel and transportation services are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the general public. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal travel insurance. All disputes are subject to resolution under Thai Law.

Minimum on numbers

Attendance for some social events and tours will have a minimum number of 4 persons, where specified. If the minimum number is not attained, a single supplement surchage will apply. Preference will be given in sequence as registrations are received.
